Ruth Eckerd Hall has always been an outstanding venue for shows, events, graduation, etc. On 2/3/2026, I had an excellent experience buying tickets over the phone from a lady named Jill. I called Ruth Eckerd Hall because I tried purchasing tickets to a show from a website and my order wouldn't go through. I called Ruth Eckerd Hall and spoke with Jill immediately! I didn't have to speak with an automated system at all, which is always frustrating to me. Jill informed me that the tickets sold by Ruth Eckerd Hall are cheaper than websites selling them at a much higher cost and wow! I paid ½ the price for tickets, and Jill explained to me that the seats I purchased were VIP and included perks! Jill was very knowledgeable, professional, and kind; she offered me different options, she cared about my issue with securing tickets to the show. After all, these tickets are for my parents. I want them to have the best experience ever! Thank you Ruth Eckerd Hall for your knowledgeable and wonderful staff and thank you Jill for helping me while I was a bit frazzled, and calmly resolving the issue.

We visited Ruth Eckerd Hall the first time on Monday to see Paul Anka and it was a great experience overall
Parking was plentiful, and the lot was very well lit, which made arriving and leaving easy. The staff throughout the venue were very polite and friendly, and the facility itself was very comfortable. There were plenty of bathrooms, the seats were comfortable and the sound quality during the show was excellent.
The only small note I would mention is that the screen on the stage seemed a bit small for those of us seated in the JJ section. That may have been the artist screen set up, and since this was our first time at the venue, we don’t have anything to compare it to.
Overall, we really enjoyed our first visit and will definitely be back again for another show!
